If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You’ll never receive a portrait without your approval. It will look exactly like the preview you received. Any modification can be done on your request until your complet satisfaction.
At this stage, if you think that the portrait doesn’t look like the photo despite the changes and you don’t like it, you’ll get your deposit back.
For any modification after receipt, your portrait must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping will be at your expense.
If a portrait is damaged for reasons not due to our error, for example during framing or improper handling, the restoration fee will be at the expense of the framer. You’ll get by email the complete information on how to frame your portrait to avoid this problem.
If your portrait needs to be fixed for any other reason, email us first before sending it back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and the time required to fix it.
A restoration is possible unless the support is crumpled or torn during transport. If you need your portrait to be fixed, send us an email at:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund is applicable only if your portrait was lost or damaged during transport. If you notice that the packaging and its content are damaged then refuse it and report it to the carrier in order to make the insurance work.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as we get the refund by the insurance.
We can as well replace your portrait if you want.
Sale items (if applicable)
Both regular priced and discount priced portraits may be refunded. Other sale items are not refundable.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping costs (If applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item because you changed your mind or for any other reason than a damaged or defective item . Shipping costs are non-refundable except for shipping with insurance in case of damaged item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
